Our Vision
A future where a criminal record is not a permanent barrier to employment, economic mobility, or dignity—and where every justice-impacted individual has access to meaningful work, stable income, and real second-chance opportunities in every state.

Our Vision
Our mission is to connect justice-impacted individuals with fair-chance employers, trusted reentry resources, and state-specific guidance—while helping companies hire confidently, compliantly, and without bias.

A. Jae Jordan
Founder, Felon Friendly Jobs Now
"Access to opportunity should not be determined by a past mistake"
Felon Friendly Jobs Now was founded by A. Jae Jordan out of a deep understanding of how difficult it can be to move forward when systems are not designed to give people a fair second chance.
Through personal experience, professional work, and years of supporting others navigating reentry, A. Jae saw a recurring problem: people were motivated to work, rebuild, and provide for their families—but lacked access to accurate information, employer transparency, and centralized resources they could trust.
What started as a need for clarity became a mission to build something bigger.
Felon Friendly Jobs Now was created to remove guesswork, reduce barriers, and provide a single, reliable platform where justice-impacted individuals can find felon-friendly employers, job pathways, and reentry resources—organized by state, industry, and real-world eligibility.
A. Jae’s vision is simple but ambitious: to help transform second chances into lasting stability, not just short-term employment. Felon Friendly Jobs Now is built to serve individuals, families, employers, and communities—because when people are given access to opportunity, everyone benefits.
